Your character: an inventor that looks ready for the apocalypse with small wings
Setting: an ancient temple that lies in snow and features a golden fountain
Opposition character: a mythical god that has demonic features with a nose piercing
Problem for character to solve: inventor wants to get a magical gear that is embedded into the golden fountain for an invention.
How the opposition will stop character from doing this: The mythical God is protecting the fountain inside the temple and attacks the inventor

Inventor travels to the location of the ancient temple on their small wings.
Inventor digs a hole in the snow to uncover the entrance to the temple.
Inventor enters the temple into a long narrow corridor.
Inventor reaches the center of the temple which has a large open room with a golden fountain in the center of the room.
Inventor approaches the fountain and upon getting closer, awakens the mythical god of the temple.
The mythical god angers easier after seeing the inventor intruding the temple and the golden fountain.
The mythical god flies towards the inventor and makes the first strike.
The inventor and mythical god engage in an intense fight of machine versus supernatural power.
The mythical god slashes the inventor with his claws.
The inventor bleeds out, his hand outstretched towards the gear at the center of the golden fountain.
